Pizza & Beer

For dinner tonight Kate and I went down to our local pizza place Dinos. Insted of taking it home like we normally do we decided to eat it there, and share a pitcher of beer. Deciding what beer to get is always a difficult decision. I narrowed it down to Sierra Nevada, New Castle or Fat Tire. I like all three. Although some times Fat Tire can be kinda pungent, and taste like old socks. Thats only happened about three times when I’ve had it in the bottle. I don’t know why maybe they used the malt that guy died in. No, I’m sure they didn’t do that. I think it has something to do with storage, it might get too hot. That happened to one of my batches I maid last summer.

Normally we like Fat Tire so we picked that. There is nothing like good pizza and good beer.  Something so nostalgic about it. I think from now on we will be having pizza there more often.
