Singha Beer

Published by under Beer Expedition

Went out for Thai food last night. I decided to order a Thai beer. Singha Beer  It is a blond lagger, most of the time I find blond laggers to taste quite boring. This one however was rather good, kind of sweet compared to the beers I typically enjoy, rather refreshing it went well with spicy Thai food.

Published by under Beer Expedition

I don’t think its much of a secret that I am not a fan of  most Mexican Cervezas. I don’t think there is anything particularly wrong with the beer, I have just found that most of them are boring and lacking flavor. That being said and today being the 5th of May, I decided to talk […]

WHITBREAD PALE ALE

Published by under Beer Expedition

Whitbread Pale Ale. This has been an old favorite of mine for some time. It is a nice amber color, a refreshing easy going taste. Imported from England brewed in a traditional style a very tasty beer indeed.
