Barley Wines

Most of my favorite breweries come out with a Barley Wine every year. Two of my favorites are Sierra Nevada and Stone Brewing. Stone Brewing comes out with Old Guardian.  I tried this one thanks to my friend David McKnight, who picked it up for me at the brewery. It is a nice amber color not much of an head, a nice hopy aroma delightful taste very very good beer all around.  Sierra Nevada comes out with Big Foot. I got this one thanks to my friend James Pillar. I have had reviewed this one before last year. I feel similar about it this year  this is the 25th year they have made this wonderful ale I can not wait to try it in the next 25 years.
