Beer Expeditions

Went out for Thai food last night. I decided to order a Thai beer. Singha Beer  It is a blond lagger, most of the time I find blond laggers to taste quite boring. This one however was rather good, kind of sweet compared to the beers I typically enjoy, rather refreshing it went well with spicy Thai food. 

Alaskan Smoked Porter 2007 If you like to pair food and beer you need to try this one there is so many types of food it can go with. I enjoyed it with an english cheddar. Dark foamy smoky simply a good beer. [ad#demo-advert-1]
