Beer Expeditions

We were In downtown Pasadena today as we were looking for a place to have lunch when we past a place with a row of taps I knew it must have a good beer selection. I said to Kate “what about here?” Kate said “okay.”  It was Barney’s Beanery,  There beer list I am not kidding has over 100 beers. I couldn’t make up my mind. I wanted to try something I have not tried, but I saw they had one of my favorites beers on tapArrogant Bastard so before I knew it I order one . Kate on the other hand ordered Abita TurboDog Amber Ale I tried it it tasted rather nice but it is hard to judge a beer after drinkingArrogant Bastard. After that I had Barney’s Brew I guess it one of there own. It was good but like I said its hard to judge  a beer after drinking Arrogant Bastard. Over all it was a great afternoon Barney’s Beanery, is a very cool place with lots of good beer, every beer lover should stop by. I plan to go again, I have a lot more beers to try there.
