Full Sail IPA
I like IPA’s a lot. IPA stands for India Pale Ale. With that name one would think the recipe came from India, well it did sort of. It actually originated in England in the 1700’s. The British brewers were shipping their ales to the British colonists in India, and had heard reports that it went bad by the time it arrived. Hops being a preservative as well as a flavor enhancer, kept the beer from spoiling and gave it an unique taste and giving it higher IBU’s than other ales. Full Sail IPA has all of the characteristics of an IPA that I know and love. It is a nice treat after along week at work. It quenches the thirst and the taste buds. Full Sail IPA has 60 IBU’s and 6% Alc. Vol. If you like IPA’s as much as I do you I think should give this one a try.
