Unibroue Maudite

Published by at 10:17 pm under Beer Expedition

On this Expedition Paul And I are joined by my fried Jim. We try and talk about Maudite another Unibroue beer. I later learned that the name Maudite also refers to a legend of the Chasse-galerie (the legend of the Flying Canoe). Legend has it that a group of courier dubois struck a deal with the devil to fly home in their canoes, guided by Satan himself, to make it home in time for Christmas.

Unibroue beer is great. I used to buy it whenever I travelled to Quebec to visit my grandma. I recently discovered that one of the beer stores in my own town stocks it.
